Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. lock55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lock55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lock55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific game, betting market, or payment method will be available at any particular time. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lock55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
